It has 2 ruffled panels on the front & ruched shoulders creating a slight puff sleeve.
It has a high waist with a peplum skirt tier & a pencil fit skirt.
Comes with a matching gold buckle fabric belt & finished with green buttons down the back.
Crystal diamante buttons at the sleeve ends.
